Welcome to the official website of Svetlana Turov. By purchasing artworks or artbooks through this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Authenticity and Uniqueness
Every original artwork is a one-of-a-kind creation. Artbooks, including monographs, are produced in carefully managed limited editions, each carrying their own value as part of a numbered series. Both are offered with the highest attention to quality and presentation.
Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is required at the time of order. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with details of your purchase. If you would like Svetlana’s autograph in your artbook, please leave a note during checkout or contact us before your order is shipped.
Shipping
Orders are prepared and packaged with great care to ensure safe delivery. Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Artbooks are shipped at a flat rate, which includes careful packaging, tracking, and insurance for safe delivery.

Artworks vary in size, weight, and destination, so shipping costs are calculated individually based on the delivery address.
For short distances, complimentary delivery may be considered for both artbooks and artworks.
Returns and Exchanges
Because original artworks are unique and artbooks are limited in number, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This does not affect the rights you are entitled to under Canadian consumer protection law.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the parcel, the packaging, and the damaged item. The shipping company may require the damaged item and packaging to be returned or made available for inspection before reimbursement is processed. If a return is requested, this will be handled at the carrier’s expense as part of their claims process. We will work with the shipping company on your behalf to resolve the issue and ensure your payment is reimbursed. Once that process is complete, you may place a new order for the same item if it is still available.
